Strawberry Shortcake Overnight Oats

A sweet and satisfying breakfast that combines strawberries, creamy yogurt, and hearty oats, prepared the night before for a quick and nutritious meal.

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk (any type)
  • 2 tbsp strawberry puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
  • Fresh strawberries for topping

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, milk, strawberry puree, and maple syrup in a jar. Stir everything together until mixed well.
  2. Layer in the vanilla yogurt on top of the oat mixture.
  3. Refrigerate overnight to allow the oats to soak up all the flavors.
  4. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.

Notes

You can store in the refrigerator for up to three days. Best served chilled.
