Strawberry-Violet Cold-Foam Tea

A refreshing tea combining sweet strawberries with creamy violet-infused oat milk cold foam, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup strawberry black tea, chilled
  • 2 Tbsp strawberry purée
  • 1/4 cup violet-infused oat milk cold foam
  • 1 tsp simple syrup (optional)
  • Ice
  • Freeze-dried strawberry dust

Instructions

  1. Brew strawberry black tea according to the package instructions and allow it to chill.
  2. If you don’t have strawberry purée, blend fresh strawberries until smooth.
  3. If desired, mix simple syrup with the purée.
  4. Stir the purée mixture into the chilled tea.
  5. Fill a glass with ice and pour the tea mixture over it.
  6. Froth the violet-infused oat milk until thick and creamy.
  7. Spoon the violet foam on top of the tea.
  8. Sprinkle freeze-dried strawberry dust on top for added flavor and decoration.

Notes

Best enjoyed chilled. Can be stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for a day or two.
