Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte

A delightful drink that combines warm, sweet flavors of sugar cookies with creamy almond milk, perfect for cozy days or festive occasions.

  • 3/4 cup barista style almond milk
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar cookie syrup
  • 2 oz espresso or 8 oz freshly brewed coffee
  • Christmas sprinkles (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, stir together the almond milk and sugar cookie syrup. Heat on medium-low until it becomes steaming but do not let it boil.
  2. If desired, use a milk frother to froth the almond milk mixture for a nice, airy texture.
  3. While the almond milk mixture is heating, brew your espresso into a mug.
  4. Pour the warm almond milk froth over the espresso, including all of the almond milk and syrup mixture.
  5. Sprinkle some Christmas sprinkles on top if you want a festive touch.
  6. Enjoy your Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte!
