Sugar-Free Pineapple Cucumber Juice

A refreshing and nutritious juice combining the sweet taste of pineapple with the crisp flavor of cucumber, perfect for hydration without added sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1.65 pounds cucumber (2 large cucumbers)
  • 1.75 pounds pineapple (1 pineapple)
  • 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. Wash cucumbers thoroughly to remove dirt, then cut into smaller chunks.
  2. Peel and cube the pineapple, removing the core and skin.
  3. Add cucumber and pineapple to a blender.
  4. Squeeze the lemon juice into the blender.
  5. Blend until smooth and lump-free, scraping the sides as needed.
  6. If desired, strain the juice through a fine-meshed sieve to remove pulp.
  7. Serve immediately with cucumber, lemon, and pineapple slices for garnish.

Notes

Best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freezing the juice in ice cube trays is also an option.
