Sweet Pistachio Sauce

Ingredients

  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup pistachio cream
  • ¼ cup 2% milk
  • ¼ teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Make sure you have all the ingredients ready.
  2. Add Ingredients to Blender: Pour all the ingredients into a high-speed blender.
  3. Blend Until Smooth: Turn on the blender and blend everything until the mixture is smooth.
  4. Adjust Consistency: If the sauce is too thick for your liking, add 1 tablespoon of milk at a time, blending after each addition, until you reach a thick but pourable consistency.
  5. Store the Sauce: Pour the finished pistachio sauce into a mason jar or another airtight container.
  6. Refrigerate: Keep the sauce in the fridge where it will last up to 2 weeks.

Notes

This sauce can also be used in ice creams, milkshakes, baking, and as a topping for pancakes or waffles. Customization options include chocolate and vanilla variations.
