Taco Bell Beefy Melt Burrito

A filling and flavorful burrito made with savory beef, creamy cheese, and customizable toppings, perfect for a quick meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup water or beef broth
  • 1 cup refried beans (optional)
  • Tortillas
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Sour cream (optional)
  • Diced tomatoes (optional)
  • Chopped lettuce (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Drain excess fat, sprinkle taco seasoning over the beef, and add water or beef broth. Stir and let simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. If using refried beans, heat them in a separate saucepan until warm.
  4. Lay a tortilla flat, add beef mixture and optional refried beans, sprinkle with cheddar cheese and other toppings.
  5. Roll the burrito tightly, tucking in the sides.
  6. Serve seam-side down with optional sour cream and additional toppings.

Notes

For a healthier option, use lean ground beef and customize the fillings to your preference.
