Hawaiian Roll Mini Grilled Cheese

A tasty twist on classic grilled cheese sandwiches using fluffy Hawaiian rolls and a buttery herb spread. Perfect for parties or snacks.

  • King’s Hawaiian Original Hawaiian Sweet Rolls
  • Sliced cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp butter (softened)
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tbsp parsley

Instructions

  1. Mix the softened butter with oregano, garlic powder, and parsley in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Cut the Hawaiian rolls individually and then into thirds.
  3. Spread the garlic herb butter on each slice of the roll pieces.
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese between two pieces of the buttered roll.
  5. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the sandwiches for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Once golden and melted, let cool for a minute before serving.
