Celery Juice Morning Detox

A refreshing and simple celery juice recipe that energizes and detoxifies your morning routine.

Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of fresh celery
  • 1 big glass of cold water
  • Optional: half a lemon or a thumb of ginger

Instructions

  1. Chop the ends off the celery and break it into chunks.
  2. Rinse the pieces thoroughly.
  3. Set your juicer or blender on the counter.
  4. If using a juicer, juice the celery and pour into a glass.
  5. If using a blender, add a splash of water and blend until mushy, then strain through cheesecloth.
  6. Pour into a glass, adding ice if desired.
  7. Optional: add a squeeze of lemon or a bit of ginger before sipping.

Notes

Use the freshest celery possible for the best taste. Cold celery provides a snappier flavor. Drink immediately for optimal taste.
