Tropical Mocktail

A bright and fruity drink that feels like a beach day in a glass, featuring mango, pineapple, coconut water, and hibiscus tea.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz mango juice or puree
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz hibiscus tea (or substitute with pomegranate or cranberry juice)
  • Pineapple fronds for garnish
  • Citrus and/or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill your glass with ice.
  2. Add the mango juice/puree, pineapple juice, and coconut water.
  3. Slowly add the hibiscus tea (or alternative).
  4. Garnish with your choice of pineapple fronds, citrus, or edible flowers.

Notes

For a diabetic-friendly version, choose unsweetened mango puree and pineapple juice, or dilute juices with coconut water.
