Tropical Mocktail

A refreshing and colorful drink that brings the taste of summer to you all year round without alcohol.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 oz mango juice or puree
  • 3 oz pineapple juice
  • 3 oz coconut water
  • 1 oz hibiscus tea (or substitute with pomegranate or cranberry juice)
  • Pineapple fronds, citrus and/or edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass to the brim with ice.
  2. Add the mango juice or puree to the glass.
  3. Add the pineapple juice into the glass.
  4. Top it off with the coconut water.
  5. Stir gently to combine the juices.
  6. Gently pour in the hibiscus tea (or your choice of pomegranate or cranberry juice) so it creates a nice layer.
  7. Garnish the drink with your choice of pineapple fronds, citrus slices, or edible flowers if you want it to look fancy.

Notes

This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge. Freeze the leftovers in ice cube trays for a later icy treat.
