Tropical Pineapple Coconut Mocktail Punch

A refreshing and fruity mocktail made with coconut water, cream of coconut, pineapple, and citrus juices, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups coconut water
  • 2 cups cream of coconut
  • 12 cups pineapple juice
  • 3 cups orange juice
  • 1.5 cups freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 23 cups sparkling water or non-alcoholic sparkling wine
  • 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
  • 2 limes thinly sliced
  • 1 orange thinly sliced
  • 12 cups coconut chunks
  • 12 cups strawberries sliced

Instructions

  1. Pour 4 cups coconut water into a clean drink dispenser or punch bowl.
  2. Add 2 cups cream of coconut to the dispenser. Stir well until it blends with the coconut water.
  3. Pour in 12 cups pineapple juice and 3 cups orange juice. Mix to combine.
  4. Stir in 1.5 cups freshly squeezed lime juice for bright acidity.
  5. Add the fresh fruit: 2 cups pineapple chunks, 2 limes thinly sliced, 1 orange thinly sliced, 1 – 2 cups coconut chunks, and 1 – 2 cups sliced strawberries. Stir gently so fruit floats evenly.
  6. Cover the dispenser and refrigerate for at least 120 minutes.
  7. Before serving, add ice to the dispenser or to individual glasses.
  8. Right before serving, pour in 2 – 3 cups sparkling water. Stir gently to keep bubbles.
  9. Taste and adjust: add more lime for tartness or a splash of sparkling soda for sweetness and fizz.

Notes

For a lighter option, reduce cream of coconut or use a light coconut milk. Serve in smaller portions for lower calories.
