Ube Latte

A delightful drink combining the unique flavors of ube and coconut milk, perfect for a refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cooked ube purée (unsweetened)
  • 3/4 cup barista-style coconut milk, steamed & foamed
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch of vanilla bean powder
  • Toasted coconut flakes for flair

Instructions

  1. Warm the ube purée in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Add maple syrup and vanilla bean powder; whisk until smooth and warmed through.
  3. Pour the warm ube mixture into a glass.
  4. Layer the thick, steamed coconut milk foam on top using a spoon to create swirls.
  5. Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes on top to add a crunchy texture.

Notes

Serve immediately for the best flavor and texture. Can be enjoyed hot or cold.
