Ube Lavender Moon Milk

A calming and soothing drink that combines ube and lavender for a unique flavor experience.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (almond or whole)
  • 1 tsp ube extract
  • 1/2 tsp dried culinary lavender
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
  • Pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, ube extract, lavender, honey, and nutmeg in a small saucepan.
  2. Heat gently over low heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Do not boil.
  3. Strain the milk to remove the lavender buds and serve warm.

Notes

This drink is best served warm, but can also be enjoyed cold. Consider garnishing with lavender flowers or a sprinkle of nutmeg.
