Chia Seed Lemon Water

A simple, refreshing drink that combines chia seeds, lemon juice, and water for hydration and wellness.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2 cups cold water
  • Juice of half a fresh lemon

Instructions

  1. Dump the chia seeds into a glass or jar and pour in the cold water. Stir well to prevent clumping.
  2. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir again.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes (or 5 if you’re impatient) to allow the chia seeds to expand.
  4. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

For variations, add mint, honey, or fresh fruit slices. This drink can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to three days.
