Valentine’s Day Chocolate Bark

A delightful and simple chocolate bark perfect for sharing on Valentine’s Day, featuring layers of semi-sweet, white, and pink chocolate with festive sprinkles.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup pink candy melts
  • 1/2 cup Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread it out evenly.
  4. Melt the white chocolate chips and drizzle them over the semi-sweet chocolate layer.
  5. Melt the pink candy melts and drizzle them over the chocolate as well.
  6. Use a toothpick to swirl the chocolates together for a marbled effect.
  7. Sprinkle Valentine’s sprinkles on top.
  8. Refrigerate until set, then break into pieces and serve.

Notes

Keep leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze wrapped tightly in plastic for up to three months.
