Valentine’s Day Glitter Ball Mimosas

A festive and lighter version of mimosa made with orange juice ice balls coated in pink edible glitter, perfect for brunch or small gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 round ice cube tray
  • Pink edible glitter
  • Fresh orange juice
  • Prosecco

Instructions

  1. Fill the ice cube tray with orange juice and freeze for 24 hours.
  2. Dip each frozen orange juice ball into the pink edible glitter to coat.
  3. Add the glittery ice balls to an ice bucket.
  4. In a glass, add 1 to 4 ice balls and fill with Prosecco.
  5. Enjoy your festive drink!

Notes

Serve cold in small champagne flutes for portion control. Pair with high protein foods for a balanced meal.
