Valentine’s Day Oreo Pops

Delicious and fun Oreo pops made with chocolate and sprinkles, perfect for Valentine’s Day.

Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles
  • Red or pink candy melts

Instructions

  1. Carefully twist Oreo cookies apart, keeping the cream on one side.
  2. Insert a lollipop stick into the cream side of each Oreo. You can add a little melted chocolate to help stick it if needed.
  3. Place the other half of the cookie back on top and gently press them together.
  4. Freeze Oreo pops for 5 minutes to make it easier for dipping.
  5. Melt white and milk/dark chocolate separately according to package directions.
  6. Dip each Oreo pop into melted chocolate, covering them completely. Allow the excess chocolate to drip off.
  7. Place dipped pops on a parchment-lined tray. Decorate immediately with sprinkles or drizzle melted red or pink candy melts over the top.
  8. Let the pops set completely at room temperature or refrigerate them for a faster setting.
  9. Serve wrapped in cellophane as gifts or arrange them on a platter for your Valentine celebration.
