Valentine’s Day Pink Batch Cocktail Pitcher

A bright and fun drink combining rosé, vodka, pink lemonade, and fresh berries, perfect for a small party or cozy night.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bottle (750 mL) rosé wine, chilled
  • 1 cup vodka (plain or strawberry)
  • 2 cups pink lemonade, chilled
  • 1 cup white cranberry juice
  • 1 cup lemon-lime soda or sparkling rosé
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 1 orange, thinly sliced into rounds
  • 12 tablespoons simple syrup or honey (if desired)
  • 23 cups ice (add just before serving)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly. Slice strawberries into thin slices, lemon into thin rounds, and orange into thin rounds while leaving raspberries whole.
  2. Place the sliced strawberries, raspberries, lemon slices, and orange slices into a large pitcher (at least 64 oz or larger).
  3. Add the rosé wine, vodka, pink lemonade, and white cranberry juice to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  4. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes.
  5. Just before serving, pour in the lemon-lime soda or sparkling rosé and stir gently to preserve the bubbles.
  6. Add ice directly to the pitcher or individual glasses and pour into glasses, ensuring each serving gets plenty of fruit.

Notes
