Vanilla Earl Grey Blackberry Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink combining the elegance of Earl Grey tea, sweetness of vanilla, and rich blackberries.

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon Earl Grey tea leaves
  • 2 ounces hot water
  • 1 large orange slice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Bean Sugar
  • 1 ounce Blackberry Shrub with Vanilla and Earl Grey
  • Soda water to top

Instructions

  1. Brew the tea and set aside.
  2. Place some ice in a rocks glass.
  3. Muddle the orange slice and sugar together in a cocktail shaker.
  4. Add the brewed tea and blackberry shrub to the shaker and fill it with ice.
  5. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is cold.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice.
  7. Top with soda water and garnish with an orange wedge or edible flowers.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for a day. Avoid freezing to maintain texture and flavor.
