Vanilla Fig & Cranberry Latte

A delightful latte blending the smoothness of vanilla with rich fig and tart cranberry, perfect for chilly mornings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tbsp fig jam
  • 2 tbsp cranberry purée
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla bean
  • Whipped cream
  • Sliced fig (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Pour 1 cup of whole milk into a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat, stirring gently to avoid scalding.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of fig jam and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla bean to the warm milk and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Add 2 tablespoons of cranberry purée and stir for a minute to combine the flavors.
  4. If using, froth the milk with a whisk or milk frother for about a minute.
  5. Pour the latte into a serving cup and top with whipped cream.
  6. Add sliced figs on top for a beautiful presentation.

Notes

Can be served hot or cold. For a dairy-free option, use almond or oat milk.
