Vegan Raspberry White Chocolate Mocha

A delightful vegan drink combining coffee, creamy non-dairy milk, sweet white chocolate, and tangy raspberries, perfect for cozy mornings or afternoon treats.

  • 1 cup strongly brewed coffee
  • 2 cups non-dairy milk
  • 3 tablespoons non-dairy white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the frozen raspberries and sugar with 1/4 cup of water over medium heat. Cook until the raspberries break down and the sauce thickens, about 5-7 minutes. Strain through a fine mesh sieve if desired.
  2. In another saucepan, heat the non-dairy milk over medium heat and add the white chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is warm.
  3. Assemble the mocha by pouring the brewed coffee into cups, followed by the white chocolate milk. Swirl in the raspberry sauce to taste. Serve warm.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days. Reheat before serving.
