Veggie Cream Cheese

A delightful dip made with cream cheese and fresh vegetables, perfect for snacks or gatherings.

  • 16 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 ounce)
  • 1 medium carrot (peeled and finely diced)
  • 1/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli
  • 2 green onions (finely chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and ranch seasoning mix until well blended.
  2. Add the diced carrot, red bell pepper, chopped broccoli, and green onions to the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  4. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or as a spread.

Notes

For best results, let the dip chill in the fridge for at least an hour before serving for flavors to meld.
