Veggie Sticks with Ranch Dip

A quick and colorful snack option that will entice even the pickiest eaters, served with a delicious homemade ranch dip.

Ingredients

  • Carrots, cut into sticks
  • Cucumbers, cut into sticks
  • Bell peppers, cut into strips
  • Cherry tomatoes, whole
  • Sour cream
  • Mayo
  • Dried parsley
  • Dill
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut the carrots, cucumbers, and bell peppers into appropriate shapes for kids.
  2. Arrange the veggies around a bowl of ranch dip.
  3. For the ranch dip, mix sour cream and mayo, then stir in parsley, dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add lemon juice if desired.
  4. Let the ranch dip chill in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Serve the veggie sticks with ranch dip and enjoy!

Notes
