Velvet Raspberry Chocolate Cream Float

A refreshing drink that combines the sweet and tart flavors of raspberries with rich chocolate, perfect for special occasions or summer parties.

Ingredients

  • Raspberry syrup
  • Lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Cocoa syrup
  • Milk or cream for foam
  • Shaved chocolate
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Prepare a tall glass and fill it halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour raspberry syrup over the ice, adjusting the amount to taste.
  3. Squeeze fresh lemon juice into the glass.
  4. Slowly pour soda water into the glass to create fizz.
  5. Froth the milk or cream in a separate bowl or blender, adding cocoa syrup for flavor.
  6. Spoon the frothed milk or cream on top of the fizzy raspberry mixture.
  7. Finish with shaved chocolate on top.
