Vietnamese Salted Coffee

A delightful and unique beverage combining rich Robusta espresso, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of sea salt for a refreshing twist.

Ingredients

  • 1 shot Robusta espresso
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Brew a shot of Robusta espresso.
  2. In a separate container, mix sweetened condensed milk with a pinch of sea salt until smooth.
  3. Add ice cubes to a glass and pour the milk mixture over the ice.
  4. Slowly pour the freshly brewed espresso over the milk and ice.
  5. Stir well before drinking to combine the flavors.

Notes

Best enjoyed cold. Can be served in a clear glass to showcase beautiful layers.
