Viral Creamy Chicken Poblano Soup

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 23 poblano peppers, chopped
  • 1 pound chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and chopped poblano peppers, cooking until softened.
  4. Add cooked, shredded chicken to the pot and stir in chicken broth and heavy cream.
