Virgin Baileys

A delightful non-alcoholic twist on the classic Irish cream liqueur, perfect for family gatherings or cozy evenings.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup milk of your choice
  • 1 oz chilled espresso or instant coffee shot
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 12 drops vanilla essence or extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cacao or cocoa powder (or 1 teaspoon chocolate sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon cream
  • 1 tablespoon condensed milk (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon caramel sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather Your Ingredients: Start by getting all your ingredients ready. Measure them out for a smoother process.
  2. Blend or Shake: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend on low until just combined or shake well in a shaker with ice for about 20 seconds.
  3. Taste Your Creation: Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more maple syrup or cream if desired.
  4. Serve: Pour your Virgin Baileys over ice in a glass.

Notes

Enhance the drink with a sprinkle of cocoa powder or a dollop of whipped cream. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days.
