Virgin Piña Colada Sangria

A refreshing, non-alcoholic Virgin Piña Colada Sangria perfect for summer parties, picnics, or relaxing at home, combining the vibrant flavors of pineapple, grapes, and coconut.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sparkling white grape juice (chilled)
  • 1 cup 100% pineapple juice
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/4 cup light coconut milk
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup lightly toasted coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup club soda
  • Garnish: pineapple leaves, lime wheels, cherries

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, whisk together the chilled sparkling white grape juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, and light coconut milk until smooth.
  2. Gently stir in the fresh pineapple chunks and lightly toasted coconut flakes.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for about 2 hours to allow flavors to infuse.
  4. Just before serving, add the club soda gently to introduce fizz.
  5. Serve over ice, garnished with a pineapple leaf, a slice of lime, and a cherry.

Notes

For variations, consider adding fresh berries, mango, citrus slices, or herbs. Prepare the base a day in advance for convenience, but add club soda right before serving for the best fizz.
