Warm Apple, Rosemary, and Butter Mocktails

A delightful non-alcoholic drink combining warm apple juice, fresh rosemary, and butter for a rich and soothing flavor.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Cinnamon sticks (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the apple juice and fresh rosemary.
  2. Heat over medium heat until warm but not boiling.
  3. Stir in the butter and honey or maple syrup if desired, allowing the butter to melt completely.
  4. Strain the mixture to remove rosemary.
  5. Serve warm in glasses and garnish with cinnamon sticks.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm with optional garnishes like whipped cream or ground cinnamon.
