Wellness Shots

Refreshing and nutritious wellness shots packed with vitamins and anti-inflammatory ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 large orange, peeled and chopped
  • 1 lemon or lime, peeled and chopped
  • 1 inch turmeric, peeled and chopped
  • 2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 0.5 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • Pinch of ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare all the ingredients by washing, peeling, and chopping them into smaller pieces.
  2. Add all prepared ingredients to the blender, including honey, olive oil, and water.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add more water if you prefer a thinner consistency.
  4. Pour the mixture into a small bottle or divide into seven servings.
  5. Store the shots in the fridge and enjoy one every day for a week, shaking well before drinking.

Notes

Wellness shots can be enjoyed straight or mixed with water. Store them in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze for longer storage.
