Whipped Coffee

A delightful and visually stunning whipped coffee drink made by whipping instant coffee, cream, and sugar into a light fluffy topping, served over milk or coconut water.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • 30 ml non-dairy cream
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 tablespoon oat milk
  • Ice cubes
  • 3/4 cup milk or coconut water
  • Cocoa powder for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine instant coffee, non-dairy cream, coconut sugar, and oat milk.
  2. Whip the mixture until it becomes light and fluffy, reaching stiff peaks.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour milk or coconut water over the ice.
  5. Gently place the whipped coffee mixture on top of the milk or coconut water.
  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can be customized with different milks or sweeteners.
