White Chocolate Peppermint Pretzel Crisps

A sweet and crunchy holiday treat that combines pretzel crisps, melted white chocolate, and crushed candy canes for a delightful snack.

  • 1 bag (7.2 oz) Pretzel Crisps
  • 1 bag (11 oz) White Chocolate Chips or Melting Wafers
  • 1/2 cup Crushed Candy Canes or Peppermint Bits
  • Optional: 1 tsp Coconut Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment or wax paper and place crushed candy canes in a small bowl.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips (and coconut oil if using) in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
  3. Hold a pretzel crisp and dip it halfway or fully into the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  4. Place the dipped pretzel on parchment and immediately sprinkle with crushed candy canes.
  5. Let sit at room temperature for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate to set faster.

Notes

For a decorative touch, drizzle melted dark chocolate on top after the white chocolate sets.
