White Chocolate Raspberry Creamer

A delightful homemade creamer combining the creamy texture of white chocolate with the tartness of raspberry, perfect for enhancing your favorite hot or cold beverages.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups half & half
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup raspberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Add the half & half, white chocolate chips, and heavy cream into a medium saucepan.
  2. Set the heat to low and whisk the mixture together.
  3. Keep whisking until the white chocolate chips completely melt and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the raspberry syrup until fully incorporated.
  5. Let it cool slightly before transferring to an airtight container.
  6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
