White Christmas Punch

A delightful and refreshing drink perfect for festive occasions, mixing sweet and tangy flavors for a holiday treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter ginger ale or lemon-lime soda
  • 1 liter pineapple juice
  • 1 liter white cranberry juice
  • 10 ounces cream of coconut
  • 34 tablespoons Karo syrup
  • Ice cubes or reusable ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries for garnish
  • Shredded coconut for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a gallon pitcher, mix the cranberry juice, pineapple juice, ginger ale, and cream of coconut together.
  2. Adjust the cream of coconut to taste.
  3. Mix well with a wooden spoon to combine.
  4. Pour the mixture into your punch bowl or beverage container.
  5. Add ice or reusable ice cubes.
  6. Float fresh cranberries on top for decoration.
  7. Dip the rims of your glasses into Karo syrup and then into the sweetened coconut.
  8. Fill the glasses with the punch and garnish with cranberries and more coconut.
