White Christmas Punch

A refreshing and creamy punch perfect for holiday celebrations, blending pineapple and white cranberry juices with coconut milk and sparkling soda.

Ingredients

  • 1 liter pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 liter white cranberry juice, chilled
  • 1 can (14 oz) coconut milk
  • 1 liter lemon-lime soda (or sparkling water), chilled
  • 1/2 cup sugar (optional, for added sweetness)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh cranberries (for garnish)
  • Sprigs of rosemary (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large punch bowl, combine the chilled pineapple juice, white cranberry juice, and coconut milk.
  2. Stir the mixture until it is well mixed.
  3. Slowly pour in the chilled lemon-lime soda or sparkling water.
  4. Gently stir the mixture to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Taste the punch to check the sweetness. If you’d like it sweeter, gradually stir in the sugar until it dissolves.
  6. Add plenty of ice cubes to the punch bowl to keep the punch cold.
  7. Garnish with fresh cranberries and sprigs of rosemary for a festive look.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored for up to 2 days in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
