White Christmas Punch

A creamy, sweet, and fizzy festive drink perfect for holiday gatherings, enjoyed by all ages.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Warm water
  • 1/4 cup Evaporated milk (or 2 tbsp milk powder dissolved in 2 tbsp water)
  • 1/2 tsp Almond extract
  • 1.5 liter Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 liter 7Up
  • Whipped cream and sprinkles for topping

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the sugar in warm water in a large mixing bowl until fully dissolved.
  2. Add the evaporated milk and almond extract; mix until well combined.
  3. Add the vanilla ice cream and mash into the mixture until smooth and creamy.
  4. Slowly stir in the 7Up to make the punch fizzy.
  5. Spoon the punch into serving glasses and garnish with whipped cream and sprinkles.

Notes

Best served fresh; leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 24 hours but may lose fizz.
