White Sangria Mocktail

A refreshing non-alcoholic drink blending fruity flavors and spices, perfect for all ages and occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle non-alcoholic white wine (or white grape juice)
  • 1 cup apple cider (or cloudy apple juice)
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 sliced apple
  • 1 sliced blood orange (or regular orange)
  • 3 cinnamon sticks (plus more for optional garnish)
  • 2 star anise (plus more for optional garnish)
  • Some maple syrup to sweeten if needed (or your choice of sweetener)

Instructions

  1. Get your pitcher ready.
  2. Pour the non-alcoholic white wine, apple cider, and lemon juice into the pitcher.
  3. Slice the apple and blood orange, and add them to the mixture.
  4. Add the cinnamon sticks and star anise.
  5. Stir everything together gently.
  6. Cover the pitcher and place it in the refrigerator. Let the mixture chill and infuse for at least one hour.
  7. Taste the sangria; if you want it sweeter, add a tablespoon of maple syrup or your chosen sweetener and stir well.
  8. Taste again and repeat adding sweetener if needed until it tastes perfect.
  9. When ready to serve, take the pitcher out of the fridge and fill your glass with ice.
  10. Pour the sangria over the ice, adding extra fruit and spices if desired. Lastly, enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

This mocktail can be stored in the fridge for up to two days. Do not freeze as it may alter the texture.
