Lemon Water with Sea Salt

A refreshing morning ritual that wakes up your taste buds and helps hydrate you first thing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 fresh lemon
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  • 1012 ounces of water

Instructions

  1. Grab a glass (a mason jar works well).
  2. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice into the glass.
  3. Sprinkle in a pinch of sea salt.
  4. Pour in the water and stir until the salt mostly dissolves.
  5. Taste and adjust water or salt as needed.
  6. Drink right away for maximum freshness.
