Winter Green Cleanse

A refreshing drink that combines kale, green apple, celery, and lemon to provide a light and invigorating cleanse during cold months.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh kale leaves
  • 1 green apple, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup cold water or ice (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add fresh kale, chopped green apple, and celery to a juicer or blender.
  2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and blend until smooth.
  3. Strain if needed, and add a splash of cold water or ice for a crisp, refreshing chill.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes

For a fizzy twist, pair the drink with a splash of sparkling water. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for 24-48 hours.
