Winter Plum Blossom Latte

A delightful beverage combining the rich flavors of plum and espresso, perfect for cold months.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/3 cup plum puree
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Blossom petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the soy milk and plum puree. Heat over medium heat until warmed through, stirring occasionally.
  2. Brew one shot of espresso using your espresso machine or coffee maker.
  3. Pour the espresso into the saucepan with the heated soy milk and plum puree. Stir to combine.
  4. If you have a frother, froth the mixture until creamy and slightly foamy.
  5. Pour the latte into your mug, garnish with blossom petals and a slice of plum.

Notes

You can store leftover plum puree in the refrigerator for up to one week or freeze in ice cube trays.
