Witches’ Brew Swirl Cheesecake

A fun and festive cheesecake dessert, perfect for Halloween parties with vibrant colors and playful decorations.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Purple and green food coloring
  • Edible glitter and candy eyeballs for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Divide the cream cheese mixture into two bowls. Color one portion with purple food coloring and the other with green food coloring.
  6. Alternate spooning dollops of purple and green batter into the pan. Using a toothpick or skewer, gently swirl the two colors together to create a marbled effect.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 50-55 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  8. Cool the cheesecake completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set.
  9. Before serving, top with edible glitter and candy eyeballs.
  10. Slice and serve chilled.
