Baked Cranberry Pecan Cream Cheese Dip

A delicious and healthier dip made with cream cheese, cranberries, and pecans, perfect for gatherings and parties.

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 baguette, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Blend the cream cheese, sour cream, and cheddar cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Fold in cranberries, pecans, brown sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Transfer to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes until bubbling and golden.
  6. Brush baguette slices with olive oil and toast in the oven during the last 10 minutes of baking.
  7. Serve the dip warm with toasted baguette slices.

Notes

This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator. Bake just before serving.
