Blackberry Sage Cold Foam Cold Brew

A refreshing beverage combining cold brew coffee, blackberries, and sage, topped with creamy cold foam.

Ingredients

  • Cold Brew Coffee
  • Blackberries
  • Sage Leaves
  • Heavy Cream
  • Milk (Optional)
  • Sugar or Sweetener (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew your cold brew coffee. Steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12-24 hours, strain, and fill a glass three-quarters full.
  2. Blend fresh blackberries, sage leaves, and sweetener until smooth.
  3. Strain the blended mixture through a fine strainer into a bowl to remove seeds and pulp.
  4. Whip heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  5. Fold the blackberry-sage mixture into the whipped cream gently.
  6. Top your cold brew coffee with the blackberry-sage foam.
  7. Enjoy your refreshing drink!

Notes

Make cold brew in bulk and store in the fridge. Fresh blackberries and sage yield the best flavor.
