Blackberry Sage Iced Tea

A refreshing iced tea blending the flavors of blackberries and sage, packed with health benefits.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Dried Sage Leaves
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • Ice Cubes
  • Additional Blackberries and Sage for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
  2. Steep sage leaves in the boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  3. Strain the sage leaves using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Add blackberries and sugar to the strained water and stir until dissolved.
  5. Stir in lemon juice once cooled slightly.
  6. Chill the tea in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve over ice and garnish with additional blackberries and sage.

Notes

Experiment with sweetener alternatives like honey or stevia. Keep the tea refrigerated for up to a week.
