Blue Hawaii Mocktail

A vibrant and refreshing tropical mocktail made with blue curacao syrup, pineapple juice, coconut water, and lime juice, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce blue curacao syrup
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 2 ounces pineapple juice
  • 2 ounces coconut water (no sugar added)
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk or cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce non-alcoholic rum (optional)
  • Extra fruit and edible flowers for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a shaker: blue curacao syrup, lime juice, pineapple juice, coconut water, coconut milk, and non-alcoholic rum if using.
  3. Fill the shaker with 3-4 cubes of ice.
  4. Secure the lid on the shaker.
  5. Shake everything together for about 15 seconds.
  6. Fill a glass with fresh ice.
  7. Strain the mixture from the shaker into your glass.
  8. Garnish your drink with extra fruit slices and edible flowers.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy.

Notes

This mocktail is best enjoyed fresh. Leftover mixture can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Freezing is not recommended.
