A refreshing slushy cocktail combining the zest of sparkling lemonade and the tropical notes of Blue Curacao, perfect for summer gatherings.

  • 1 oz Blue Curacao
  • 3 oz Sparkling Lemonade
  • Ice
  • Garnish: Fresh Berries (Blackberry and Raspberry)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: Gather all your ingredients: white rum, Blue Curacao, sparkling lemonade, and ice.
  2. Blend the Ingredients: Add the white rum, Blue Curacao, sparkling lemonade, and ice to your blender and start blending on high speed.
  3. Achieve a Slushy Consistency: Continue blending until smooth and slushy, about 30 seconds to a minute.
  4. Pour and Garnish: Pour the slush into a hurricane glass and garnish with fresh berries.

Notes

For a low-calorie version, use diet sparkling lemonade. Store any leftovers in the freezer in an airtight container.
