Brazilian Mounjaro Recipe

A refreshing and light drink made with simple ingredients that helps curb cravings and supports hydration.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 to 2 cups cold water (sparkling works too)
  • Juice of 1 lemon or 1 lime (or half and half)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger (or a few thin slices)
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar (start with half if you are new)
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cayenne (tiny pinch, do not get brave)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Add ice to a tall glass.
  2. Squeeze in the lemon or lime.
  3. Add ginger.
  4. If using apple cider vinegar, add it now.
  5. Top with water and stir.

Notes

Start with milder ingredients and adjust based on your taste preferences. Drink it at times when cravings hit, like mid-afternoon or before a meal.
