Bunny Trail Punch

A delightful and healthy Easter mocktail featuring a charming marshmallow bunny and a refreshing blend of carrot juice and ginger ale.

Ingredients

  • 2 giant marshmallows
  • 1 small pink marshmallow
  • 1 small white marshmallow
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges
  • 4 ounces carrot juice, chilled
  • 4 ounces ginger ale, chilled
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Make the marshmallow bunny: Use one giant marshmallow as the body. Cut the other giant white marshmallow into quarters diagonally to create elongated ear shapes, and attach them to the top of the giant marshmallow.
  2. For the bunny’s face, use a piece of small pink marshmallow for the nose and draw on the eyes with the edible food pen.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour the chilled carrot juice into the glass, then top off with ginger ale.
  5. Squeeze a lime wedge over the drink and place the marshmallow bunny on the rim.
  6. Serve with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh. Can prepare carrot juice and cut marshmallows in advance. Pair with healthy snacks for a complete celebration.
