Candyland Christmas Cocoa

A fun and festive drink combining white chocolate and cream with a pop of pink color, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups whole milk (or your preferred milk)
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pink food coloring
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Candy sprinkles (assorted colors)
  • Mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine the milk and heavy cream. Heat over medium heat until warm, stirring occasionally.
  2. Add the white chocolate chips to the saucepan, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in the vanilla extract. Divide the cocoa into two portions—leave one portion white and add pink food coloring to the other portion, mixing until the color is vibrant.
  4. In a clear glass or mug, pour the pink cocoa first, followed by the white cocoa to create a layered effect.
  5. Top with a mountain of whipped cream, then add candy sprinkles and mini marshmallows for extra sweetness and festive flair.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Freezing is not recommended due to the cream and milk.
