Chamomile Honey Glow Latte

A soothing and delightful drink that combines chamomile with honey, perfect for winding down or starting the day.

Ingredients

  • 1 chamomile tea bag
  • 3/4 cup warm milk of choice
  • 1.5 tbsp honey plus extra for drizzle
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Fresh chamomile flowers for garnish
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp turmeric

Instructions

  1. Start by steeping the chamomile tea bag in hot water for about 5 minutes.
  2. After the tea has steeped, remove the tea bag from the cup.
  3. In a small saucepan, gently warm your milk of choice.
  4. Whisk in the honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon into the chamomile tea.
  5. Slowly pour the warm milk into the chamomile mixture, stirring gently to combine.
  6. Drizzle some honey on top for extra sweetness.
  7. Garnish with fresh chamomile flowers and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a vegan option, use plant-based milk and swap honey for maple syrup or agave nectar.
